Terms of Use

These terms cover naderu.com, the model board and its data endpoint, and the weekly model report. They are not a contract for any engineering services we sell — those are covered by a separate signed agreement.

Who we are

naderu.com is operated by BytesBrains Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore. "We", "us" and "Naderu" mean that company. Contact: contact@naderu.com.

The model board is information, not advice

The model board compares prices and capabilities of AI models made by other companies. Every figure is taken from the provider's own published page, and each row records the source URL and the date it was fetched. We take that sourcing seriously — it is the point of the page.

Even so: providers change prices and terms without notice, pages get restructured, and published figures are sometimes wrong or ambiguous. The board is a starting point for a decision, not a substitute for checking with the provider. Before you commit budget or architecture to a number you read here, verify it against the provider's own current page and your own contract.

Where the board says something is unstated, that means the provider's page did not state it. We do not fill gaps with estimates.

The board carries no benchmark scores. We have not independently evaluated third-party models, and nothing on the board should be read as our assessment of any model's quality. The "best for" and "watch out" notes are our engineering opinion, dated and revisable.

Other companies' names and trademarks

Model, product and company names on this site — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, Moonshot, xAI, Alibaba, Meta, Z.ai, MiniMax, Perplexity, Groq, Together, Hugging Face and others — are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products being compared, which is nominative use.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any of them unless a page says so explicitly. Naderu is deliberately model-agnostic and takes no payment for placement, ranking, or inclusion on the board. Nobody can buy a row or a rating.

The data endpoint

The board's underlying data is published at /data/model-board.json. You may read, cache and use it, including commercially, provided you:

• attribute it to naderu.com when you republish it;
• do not present it as authoritative or current beyond the updated date it carries;
• do not strip the source URLs or verification dates, since they are what make the data meaningful;
• fetch it at a sane rate — it is a static file that changes weekly, so please cache it rather than polling.

The compilation, editorial selection and wording are ours. The underlying facts belong to the providers described.

The weekly report

If you subscribe, we send one email a week summarising what changed on the board. Subscribing is free and requires nothing but a Google sign-in.

• You can unsubscribe from any email in one click, without signing in.
• We may change the report's format, frequency, or stop publishing it. We will say so in the report itself before we do.
• We do not send you anything else, and we do not use your address for anything else. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please don't: attempt to break into the site or its backend, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, misrepresent the data as coming from someone else, or use the site to do something unlawful. Nothing surprising here.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site, the board, the data endpoint and the report are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, savings, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on this site — including a decision made on the strength of a figure on the board. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Changes

These terms are versioned by date, shown at the top. When you subscribe we record which version you agreed to. We may update them; continued use after a new version takes effect means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
